Haqdaar is a free, independent tool that helps Indian citizens quickly identify which central government welfare schemes they may be eligible for — health cover, housing assistance, farmer support, pensions, and more.
Why we built this
We built this site because checking eligibility for an Indian government welfare scheme is harder than it should be.
Official portals are often confusing. Many use technical language. Some third-party sites give outdated information, or push you toward paid “consultants” who promise to get you approved.
This site does one thing: it gives you a clear, honest answer about which central government schemes you may qualify for, based on your own situation — housing, health, pension, farming support, and more.
What we don’t do
- We don’t ask for your phone number to “unlock” results.
- We don’t sell your details to agents or consultants.
- We don’t charge any fee. Applying for a government scheme should never cost you money through us.
Who runs this site
Raju KP brings three decades of professional experience to Haqdaar — as a banker, as a subject-matter consultant in an advisory practice, and as a financial journalist covering economic policy and public data.
That background is why this site exists: to give people across every section of society a single, honest, easy-to-use directory of the major central government schemes they may be entitled to.
We compile eligibility information from official government sources and review it regularly, but we are not affiliated with the Government of India or any state government.
A note on accuracy
Government scheme rules change. Income limits get revised. New states join national schemes. We do our best to keep information current, but the official scheme portal is always the final word. We link to the official source on every scheme we cover — please confirm details there before applying.
